Videoshoot Service — 3–4 Edited, Color‑Graded Videos
Service includes
On-location or studio videography as scheduled.
Delivery of 3–4 fully edited videos, color graded, and exported to the agreed resolution and format.
Basic audio cleanup and sync.
One round of client feedback revisions included per final video.
Optional clip delivery
Individual clips from the shoot can be provided upon request.
Clips will be delivered in the same resolution as the final videos for easier transfer and use.
“Raw” camera files (unprocessed original files) are not provided.
Client responsibilities
Provide a transcript or detailed script of the desired content before editing begins. This transcript directs structure, pacing, on-screen text, and selection of takes.
Specify target video lengths, formats (landscape/portrait/square), and any branding assets (logos, fonts, color specs).
Deliver any additional assets (music licenses, voiceovers, graphics) that are required and not included in the service.
Turnaround and revisions
Standard turnaround: [insert agreed timeframe] from final shoot and receipt of client transcript.
One revision round included per video; additional revisions available at an hourly or per-revision rate (to be agreed).
Usage and delivery
Final files delivered via agreed transfer method in the requested format and resolution.
RAW/unprocessed camera files are not permitted for delivery.
Client may receive edited individual clips extracted from the shoot in the same resolution.
Pricing and payment
Base package covers 3–4 edited, color‑graded videos and one revision round.
Add-ons (additional revisions, extra videos, extended shoot time) are quoted separately.
A deposit is required to confirm booking; balance due on delivery of final videos (terms to be agreed).
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be specified in the service agreement. Rescheduling may incur additional fees depending on notice and availability.
